CSOMAG PLUSZ received a Diamond Award in the prestigious Marketing Diamond Awards competition, organized by the Hungarian Marketing Association – Magyar Marketing Szövetség. We received the award in the Customer Experience & Loyalty Programs category for a project delivered in cooperation with our partner, Notino.

For us, this is confirmation that a package is not just a logistics output. It is a powerful marketing and communication channel through which we can bring a brand to the customer at the right moment, in a natural context, and with a real impact on customer experience and loyalty.

The awarded NOTINO Loyalty Envelope Campaign proved that loyalty communication can have not only a strong creative idea, but also a measurable business effect. This is exactly where we see the strength of insert marketing: transforming a package from a logistics output into a channel that supports customer experience, loyalty, and brand performance.

At the same time, we see this award as the result of the collaboration of the entire BALÍK PLUS – Global insert marketing agency team (LinkedIn link here) across all six markets where we operate. From product development, through securing a strong partner who believed in this idea, to the consistent execution of the project in practice.

Special thanks go to Sandra Vavríková, who initiated the project submission for the Hungarian branch and, together with the marketing team, prepared the entire project. This award is a great motivation for us to keep moving forward and confirms that marketing can be a powerful tool for building long-term customer relationships.
